Host
Steve "Stevie Stacks" Suarez
Steve runs Argest Rentals in Fort Worth, Texas, where he manages a portfolio of roughly 60 units spanning short-term, midterm, and rent-by-the-room PadSplit properties. He's the hands-on half of the show — the one chasing down an Airbnb payment hold, walking into his own house to see what the guests left behind, and standing his ground on a signed lease. On Live Let Thrive he brings the war stories, the tenant-screening lessons, and the operational reality nobody puts in the highlight reel.
